If your Siberian is on version 3.0 minimum, you can download and install these updates from your backoffice. DO NOT INSTALL THESE UPDATES IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE BUTTON “CHECK FOR UPDATE”. TO GET THIS BUTTON, PLEASE REFER TO THIS PAGE.

BE CAREFUL TO INSTALL THE UPDATE THAT MATCHES YOUR EDITION (MAE UPDATE IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED A MULTI-APPS EDITION, AND PE IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED A PLATFORM EDITION).

DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE ZIP FILE AND SEND IT IN YOUR BACKOFFICE FROM SETTINGS > MODULES. DO NOT SEND AN UPDATE VIA FTP, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT YOU.
